8. Fees, Billing, and RenewalsFees are payable in advance according to the pricing shown on our website or in an order form (the "Pricing"). Pricing may change from time to time. Updates apply when posted or communicated, and will apply at renewal unless stated otherwise.
9. Free Trial PeriodIf a Service is offered with a free trial, charges will not begin until the trial ends, unless you convert to a paid plan earlier. Billing details may be required during the trial.
10. Money Back GuaranteeSome Services may include a money back guarantee as described at purchase. To request a refund under a guarantee, you must notify us in writing before the guarantee period ends.
