3.1 RolesCustomers act as Data Controllers. TAPNET acts as a Data Processor and processes personal data only on documented instructions, unless required by law.

3.3 Security & ConfidentialityTAPNET implements technical and organizational safeguards and ensures personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations.
3.4 SubprocessorsTAPNET may use subprocessors such as hosting, analytics, and payment providers. All subprocessors are contractually bound to data protection obligations.
3.5 Data Subject Rights & BreachesTAPNET assists customers with data subject requests and will notify customers without undue delay in the event of a personal data breach.
3.6 Data Deletion & TransfersUpon termination, data will be deleted or returned subject to legal retention requirements. Cross border transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.
