Effective Date: January 1, 2024
These terms govern participation in the TAPNET Crowd Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By joining or participating, you agree to these terms.
The Program allows participants (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions from qualifying customer purchases of eligible TAPNET services, when purchases are properly tracked and allocated under Program rules.
Affiliates may earn commissions without direct selling. TAPNET may distribute promotional content through managed systems and connected social channels, and may attribute qualifying purchases based on tracking and Program rules.
Participation does not guarantee earnings.
Joining the Program is free. No purchase is required to become an affiliate.
TAPNET may offer optional paid tools, automation, or services that enhance workflow, visibility, or access to certain platform features. Optional offerings are not required to participate in the Program or to earn commissions.
Optional subscriptions are not sources of commissions and do not create guaranteed earnings.
Affiliates may earn commissions when all of the following apply:
Certain qualifying revenue generated by TAPNET services and platform monetization may be allocated to a shared Crowd commission pool.
Key principles of the Crowd pool:
Crowd pool participation does not guarantee payouts. Amounts may vary from period to period.
TAPNET may modify pool calculations, allocation formulas, or eligibility requirements with notice.
Affiliate earnings are not guaranteed. Actual results depend on multiple factors, including customer demand, network performance, number of eligible affiliates, service pricing, retention, and continued compliance with Program requirements.
Any earnings examples, projections, or illustrations are for informational purposes only and do not represent typical or promised results.
To remain eligible for commission distributions, affiliates must maintain active status.
Active status generally requires:
Inactive, suspended, or terminated accounts may be excluded from future distributions. Previously earned qualifying commissions may be paid only after verification and subject to fraud and compliance checks.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting TAPNET services.
Disclosure requirements:
When TAPNET publishes automated posts on behalf of affiliates, disclosure language may be included by default. Affiliates remain responsible for compliance with local disclosure rules.
Affiliates may not:
Violations may result in suspension, forfeiture of unpaid commissions that are not yet verified, or termination.
If an affiliate chooses to purchase optional subscription based services:
Subscription services are separate from commissions. Optional subscriptions do not guarantee assignments, payouts, or earnings.
Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes related to commissions earned.
TAPNET may collect tax or identity information as required by law and may report earnings to tax authorities where legally obligated.
TAPNET may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud or abuse, misrepresent the Program, or fail to comply with legal or platform requirements.
Termination ends eligibility for future commissions. It does not affect lawful payment of previously earned qualifying commissions, subject to verification and compliance review.
TAPNET may update, modify, or discontinue the Program or any component at any time.
Material changes will be communicated through email or an affiliate dashboard notice. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Affiliates act independently and have no authority to bind TAPNET.
