TAPNET Crowd Affiliate Program Terms

TAPNET Crowd Affiliate Program Terms

TAPNET Crowd Affiliate Program Terms

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

These terms govern participation in the TAPNET Crowd Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By joining or participating, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Overview

The Program allows participants (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions from qualifying customer purchases of eligible TAPNET services, when purchases are properly tracked and allocated under Program rules.

Free affiliates participate through manual promotion using TAPNET-provided resources and their own marketing efforts.

Automated recurring social posting and certain enhanced participation features are available only to affiliates with an active Affiliate Booster subscription.

Participation in the Program does not guarantee earnings.

2. Free Participation and Optional Services

Joining the Program is free. No purchase is required to become an affiliate.

TAPNET may offer optional paid tools and automation services, including Affiliate Booster. Affiliate Booster enables automated recurring social posting through connected social accounts and provides enhanced system-level participation features.

Optional subscriptions are not required to participate or earn commissions. Optional subscriptions do not generate commissions, are not included in commission pools, and do not guarantee referrals or earnings.

Free affiliate accounts may access promotional resources and promote manually. Automated recurring posting and certain system participation features require an active Affiliate Booster subscription at the time automation occurs.

3. How Commissions Are Earned

Affiliates may earn commissions when all of the following apply:

  • A customer purchases an eligible TAPNET service
  • The purchase is properly tracked by TAPNET systems
  • The affiliate account is active and in good standing at the time commissions are allocated
  • All Program rules and compliance requirements are satisfied

Only qualifying, properly tracked purchases may generate commissions.

4. Crowd Commission Pool Structure

Certain qualifying revenue generated by TAPNET services and platform monetization may be allocated to a shared Crowd commission pool.

Key principles of the Crowd pool:
  • Only qualifying revenue is included
  • Crowd pool revenue may include ads, content monetization, partnerships, and eligible service revenue
  • Affiliate fees or subscription payments are not included in commission pools
  • Pools are calculated periodically, typically monthly
  • Distributions are shared among eligible active affiliates based on Program rules
  • Allocation may depend on total qualifying revenue, number of eligible affiliates, and participation rules

Crowd pool participation does not guarantee payouts. Amounts may vary from period to period.

TAPNET may modify pool calculations, allocation formulas, eligibility requirements, or participation rules at its discretion with notice.

5. Earnings Disclaimer

Affiliate earnings are not guaranteed. Actual results depend on customer demand, network activity, number of eligible affiliates, service pricing, retention, and continued compliance with Program requirements.

Any earnings examples, projections, or illustrations are for informational purposes only and do not represent typical or promised results.

6. Active Affiliate Status

To remain eligible for commission distributions, affiliates must maintain active status.

Active status generally requires:
  • A valid affiliate account in good standing
  • Compliance with TAPNET posting, content, and disclosure standards
  • No material violations of these terms
  • If using Affiliate Booster automation, at least one connected and approved social account

Connecting a social account is not required for basic manual participation. However, automated recurring posting requires an active Booster subscription and at least one connected approved account.

Inactive, suspended, or terminated accounts may be excluded from future distributions. Previously earned qualifying commissions may be paid only after verification and subject to fraud and compliance review.

7. Affiliate Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting TAPNET services.

Disclosure requirements:
  • Disclosures must be clear and conspicuous
  • Disclosures must appear close to promotional content or links
  • Disclosure language must comply with applicable advertising laws in your jurisdiction

When Affiliate Booster automation is active, TAPNET may publish recurring posts on behalf of affiliates through connected accounts. Disclosure language may be included automatically. Affiliates remain responsible for ensuring compliance with local disclosure laws.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not:

  • Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated income claims
  • Represent participation as guaranteed income or risk-free income
  • State or imply that affiliates are paid because other affiliates pay
  • Imply employment, partnership, joint venture, or investment status
  • Use spam, deceptive tactics, or unauthorized advertising methods
  • Violate platform terms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, or other social platform rules
  • Promote TAPNET in jurisdictions where participation is unlawful

Violations may result in suspension, forfeiture of unpaid commissions not yet verified, or termination.

9. Subscription Transparency

If an affiliate chooses to purchase optional subscription-based services:

  • Pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms are disclosed before purchase
  • Subscriptions may be canceled according to TAPNET cancellation policy
  • Cancellation does not retroactively affect earned qualifying commissions
  • Subscription cancellation does not automatically terminate affiliate status

Optional subscription services, including Affiliate Booster, are separate from commissions. They do not guarantee assignments, payouts, referrals, or earnings.

10. Taxes and Reporting

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes related to commissions earned.

TAPNET may collect tax or identity information as required by law and may report earnings to tax authorities where legally obligated.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

TAPNET may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud or abuse, misrepresent the Program, or fail to comply with legal or platform requirements.

Termination ends eligibility for future commissions. It does not affect lawful payment of previously earned qualifying commissions, subject to verification and compliance review.

12. Program Changes

TAPNET may update, modify, or discontinue the Program or any component at any time.

Material changes will be communicated through email or an affiliate dashboard notice. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. No Employment or Partnership

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Affiliates act independently and have no authority to bind TAPNET.
