I started writing a sales column in 2002. I have been writing monthly sales stories ever since. Over my
years in sales, sales management, and consulting, I have observed that the best sales reps I know don’t
have time to read books. Furthermore, most sales books are written by marketing and research
companies.
I have observed that salespeople read the first couple paragraphs of an article, then turn to
the end to see how long it will take them to finish. To my loyal sales friends, here is my third book of
actual short sales stories and basic principles that have been enjoyed over the last twenty years. How
